Reggie is a former professional athlete and is one of the youngest males to ever hold prestigious Director of Sales and Business Development positions with the top 3 global hotel chains Marriott, Hilton and IHG Resorts. With self-awareness being the key contributor to making such a transition it inspired Reggie to create the sports & business development company FullCourtVision.  

Reggie is also the founder and president of the Non-Profit organization Full Court Charities which enriches the lives of youth through sports and education. His work has touched the lives of thousands of people, from CEO’s to professional athletes to students all over the country. Reggie is known as the “culture guy” whose knack for teaching sports teams and businesses how their behavior strength's advance their communication and camaraderie. This has earned him the honor of serving major clients such as the United Way, UPS, Madonna University, Northwestern University, ESPN, Coldwell Banker Xavier University and many more.
